Great food, great staff a d dog friendlh
NOT CHEAP - NOT CHEERFULStayed for one night recently, when we arrived there was no one around to book us in - they were busy in the Tea Rooms kitchen so 10 minutes later we had a key for our sea view room. Our room was in the attic, up a very steep narrow staircase. The sea view was obtained by opening the window and sticking my head out. The bed was not good - bed springs twanging on every movement, the bedding was clean hence the one star. The on-suite bathroom was not the cleanest - the previous occupants hair was still in the bath and sink, the extractor fan was filthy and so noisy that it vibrated the bath . Our booking included breakfast - when we were given our key we were told that the breakfast was only a continental which consisted of cereal and toast - all of this was already laid out, if we wanted a cooked breakfast that would cost extra. All in all this place is a dive - do not stay here.
Friendly welcoming staff.Started to attend a knitting, crochet, sewing chatting group on a Wednesday Afternoon there. Had a lovely time. Made welcome by everyone.And lunch of pastyless quiche and side salad mmmmmm very nice!!Thanks Lynn & Norma

Trinity tea rooms is an little hidden gem, lovely food and served an excellent afternoon tea. Really good value for money.
