Great value for money. Stayed in studio room '11'; clean room and comfy firm bed, decent shower; telly. Big full English breakfast. Quiet corridors....no slamming doors. Staff friendly and helpful. Not far (walk) from seafront. It beats the majority of 4 star hotels I have used this year.

Shower nice and powerful, close to the sea, comfy bed (had a great night's sleep), free parking. Many thanks to Steve for a warm welcome.

Breakfast finishes too early (8:30 AM??). The hallways smell like a mass grave.However the staff were lovely and the room was tidy.
