Absolutely diabolical!! Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. Have been ringing up since 7.50 to try and get an appointment and no answer at all. I have got through once and someone put the phone down on me!! The doctor is amazing which is why I'm putting 3 stars but the reception staff need to up there game

The doctor only works 3 days a week but he is fantastic and has helped me more in a year than my last doctor helped me in 40 years. Also it's actually possible to get an appointment!On the days he's not there the nurse and nurse practitioner are available.
