Myself and my family have always had positive experiences with this practice. Staff are polite, approachable and knowledgeable. At times I have had to wait in a telephone queue for an appointment, but it's understandable given it's a large practice with many patients, but once through I've had no problem getting an appointment. The new(ish) online system for making appointments, checking on your vaccination/medication history is useful, flexible and easy to use - bonus is there no queue to wait in!I would recomend this service to others - considering the current pressures they are facing, they do a great job!
They say phone from 8am so I do but not been able to get through to anyone till almost 9am only to be told there is no appointments left phone back again in the morning the new appointment system is a absolute joke
Needed a form to be filled out was told this would take 2weeks it has now been 3 weeks asked to make appointment to speak to a doctor and who ever took my call was very rude and not helpful. Worst doctors thanks to resption staff
Doctor's struggle to take their eyes from the computer and look at you. Might as well do a Google search yourself. Over a weeks wait to see a nurse or doctor.Update: most recent visit with nurse practitioner was much more positive. Friendly, down to earth and professional!
Have been trying to call since 0800 (now 0930) and all I'm getting is a dead line. Definitely time to move to a different drs.
