Issues getting appointments within the same fortnight, delays on prescriptions sent to pharmacys dragging on for days, phone appointments made but the patient isnt informed about, sick notes not issued when promised have to collect 5 days later, no doctors on location for days, not listened to, hide behind procedure that your not informed of at the time. Receptionists fighting a losing battle.
Since this practice has been taken over it is diabolical!!!
Ime convinced they are taking the phone off the hook, ring up at 8am, lines busy till 10 you ring later on, all appointments have disappeared. When you eventually get an appointment the doctors 30 minutes plus late and to be honest ime now looking for another surgery because I've had enough of it. Used to be a very good surgery on time !
