Worst dentist ever! Been waiting for a referral for months. Ring for an emergency appointment and tell you to ring bk Thursday then when you do they still cant make one! The attitude on the receptionist was awful! I dont know how they get away with speaking to people like they do! Wouldnt even get a one star if I could write a review without it!
Worst Dentists ever! Receptionists have huge attitudes & don't take account for their errors. Only schedule checkups for once a year & don't contact you when checkups are due. My little boy was here too & went for appointments but only once the dentists looked at his teeth. A couple of the dentists are OK but the practice in general is terrible. I have now gone elsewhere.
Used this dentist all my life.A few years ago I needed to reschedule a surgery due to my degree and I heard nothing backThe issue wasn't causing me any stress so I decided to wait it out. I didn't heard anything and a few months ago I tried to book an appointment"We removed you for inactivity from our patient list"No warning, nothing. A serious dental issue I now can't treat due to waiting lists and a poorly ran and outright awful treatment of patients
Partner phoned today about appointment for he's tooth got told he can't have an appointment as he as been struck off there list because he hasn't been for 2 yrs haven't received a letter to tell him this information and the reason he hasn't made an appointment is because he hasn't needed one till now .then while he was still talking receptionist puts phone down awwww also said there's a shortage of dentists in this practice so to look around for another dentist very poor customer service
Been with this dentist all my life until now. Had plenty of ups and downs but recently turned away when in desperate need and in pain. No sympathy from the receptionist and no alternative offered as I was simply not their problem anymore!
