Being disabled, I sometimes have to rely on a carer to get me to where ime going this means that unfortunately if a carer isn't available I have to cancel an appointment at short notice, this dentist doesn't understand & ive now been kicked off the practice list. The practice doesn't care about patients that have specific needs & to be honest the overall level of service here has generally got worse as the time has gone on. I will be submitting a complaint via the practices official complaints procedures but ime not holding my breath,
Always had Miss Mathieson as my dentist from being a child, ive recently been passed on to another dentist in the same practice, My new dentist is very profesional and also makes me feel at ease when recieving treatment, cant fault the surgery
