Was rejected from My Dentist from a "management decision" with no offering to appeal - having been going to lamberts and couts for all of my years, I was extremely dissapointed and this has had an adverse effect on my dental health as i was due to have several fillings and a fixed retainer removed. Due to unforseen circumstance, two appointments had been missed in the space of a few month - and there were no text reminders coming to remind me on, despite being setup.
Ok place. Painful for a while but got there in the end. Doc was decent and fixed the problem. Been in agony for weeks. Cheers doc
