Food ok shame about attitude of one of the owners.
Used these for years. Used to be the best but sadly no more. Just seem to make the prices up as they go along. And theyve invented a special sauce which they charge extra for to make your food more tasty apparently but im my opinion its basically just extra grease
We ordered food at 6:30 with a 50 minute wait time. It came 45 minutes late. We called after it was 25 minutes late and they said it would be here in 5 minutes. The delivery driver turned up after eventually going to the wrong address and couldnt give an answer about why it was late. We ordered a garlic naan, which was soggy and freezing, chips which were also freezing, and then a chicken tikka masala which was warm, not hot and really spicy compared to other times. We could not even eat the naan and chips, and only ate the tikka because we were so hungry. Weve ordered from here about 5 or 6 times and it has always been lovely. Really disappointed to be let down this time.
Ordered at 5:25 and didn't arrive till 7:15. No explanation given but an apology with a promise of a discount on next meal...why not this meal?If we were told that driver hadn't turned up to work or the chef was stuck in traffic that would have been fine, but no explanation whatsoever.Won't use again
