Took daughter here as she isn't registered with a local GP.Attended to promptly by friendly, helpful staff.
I have nothing but praise for this service and excellent staff. Took my son who had sustained an ankle injury, (no appointment) made to feel at ease whilst being treated in timely and most professional manner, in and out within 30 minutes. Well done NHS
Waliked in off the street with a deep cut from a cornbeef tin said about 1 and half wait at one point after an hour and 15 mins I was the only person in the waiting room then 7 people came in with appointments so I was gonna wait a lot longer so drove to asda for some steri strips to keep the wound closed so my advice to people ring first don't think its first in first served coz it isn't and you allways get the excuse that there's only one doctor on its the only life allover again
Was seen xray treated and discharged within 30mins on Monday 22nd January 2018... I can't thank the team enough.. even through extensive explaining of my neuropathy n mobility problems, they still took the time to deal and treat me, I ended up with broken toes from my fall... I really thought a small unit would of sent me to a bigger A&E department... thank you all so much for your understanding of my weird condition and treating me so caringly.... strapping up my toes and understanding
