Nicely displayed food items. Disappointed that a lot of the salads had today's date on them and only managed to find a couple with 2 days left on them that I could buy.
Good quality but a bit pricey. Ample parking.
My experience in Hartlepool Marks and Spencer is always great.Whenever I pop in the staff are always helpful with a smile and a warm greeting.If only everywhere had the same level of warmth and friendliness as Hartlepool Marks and Spencer.
Shop has a good layout with plenty of room. Cafe has a fair selection of drinks and eats. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.
Firstly good access for both able and disabled. Parking is free, some disabled spaces are available. This isn't the biggest M & S but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in quality and range of produce. Staff are all very helpful. They also have a nice cafe with some tasty treats.
