Not happy at all! My name is Keiff and I was hoping to buy a beautiful ring for my lovely lady, Diane. Not at all expecting this.I walk into the shop and see a small child having a fit. I decided to perform CPR and got labelled as a nonce from the passersby. He wasn't fitting, just doing fortnite dances. I am now banned from that shopping centre. I understand that this may have nothing to do with Pandora but that's where the fun begins!As I walked into the store, before the child had a fortnite fit may I just specify I am not running from the popo, I had quite a pleasant experience. I was greeted by the lovely receptionist, Susan. Hello Susan :)I was then introduced to Marie. She tried to mug me off I tell ya. The ring she wanted to sell me, I could have bought better at Primark! DISGUSTING! no offense to Primark of course. I was then told that my bank card had no money in it. Which is completely false as the cheeky nandos in my belly had been paid for. After being told I was a broke old man and a nonce I went home and cried to Diane who completely understood the situation.Even though I may have stolen the ring and made a run for it. Diane said yes. I will keep in touch,Keiff.

Visited on 25/8/18. We were served by Casey who was just fantastic. She spent a long time showing us lots of jewellery and made many suggestions and explained how we should care for the jewellery bought. The rest of the staff helped package up the various items (beautifully presented). I was very very impressed with all of the staff and in particular Casey. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience !
I went to buy a certain charm yesterday. The young lady checked the drawer and said they had sold out. She didn't check the computer for stock. I asked if she would ring the Teesside park store as they are part of the same franchise but refused. I wandered around the shop and there was the charm I wanted to buy on display! This is not the first time this has happened. On a previous visit I was wanting two frosty mint faceted charms, a total of 80. Was told there was no stock, I looked in the display cabinet and found two of them. I bought on both occasions as I wanted the charms that day, if I hadn't I would have taken the business elsewhere. Disgraceful customer service after my husband has spent just short of a thousand pounds on Pandoras from this shop for our silver wedding earlier in the year. I never experienced this when Lambs the jewellers had the Pandora franchise in Hartlepool, they always delivered first class customer service. I will be contacting the gentleman who has this franchise as I am sure he will be interested that the staff are passing over business opportunities.
