The town is a shadow of its self the council could do more, to and lower rates to attract businesses that would be good for the town

Located at the city centre. Well organised shopping maul with most of high street brands. Cash machines, fast foods and retail outlets are plenty around to choose from. Parking includes disabled and bicycles. Banks and supermarkets. Convenience is my name in Hartlepool. Worth coming back again and again.
Great choice of shops and easy to access as I live close to the town centre. Very useful selection of Christmas gifts available and some nice places to grab food. Staff have been very friendly in my experience
I found this shopping centre to be large and just a little odd. It's hard to pinpoint what was odd. The size of the corridors seems to be extra wide, there wasn't a lot of people around; I can't quite put my finger on it, but it had a strange feel about it.On one subsequent visit I went to the Post Office where the service was excellent. On another I went to the 3 store where once again the service was superb. Still, there is just something about the place that feels indescribably strange. Maybe it's just me.
