Worst place I've been for a meal in a long time.. ordered food which took almost three quarters of a hour to come out .. then mine was wrong and there attitude was have what weve cooked or wait another 20 minutes .. wish there was a zero star on here they would have got that..After receiving a reply from owner in which he attacked my partner who had nothing to do with the issue,here's my reply to him1 ... I've spoke to my partner and in no way was she embarrassed..she has been a manager for over 20 years so is used to dealing with customer complaints and as you never spoke to her about it don't be so presumptuous.2... I'm a truck driver and had been at work since 4am and has not eaten since 11am and as there was only about a dozen (fat chips)on the plate I didn't have many, and as my partner paid for her meal she's entitled to do what she wants.3... I never questioned your staffs professionalism I said there attitude...meaning the place..4... I never want a FREE meal .. I want what I ordered and expect it to be right.5.. After reading all your reviews the same theme seems to pop up .. long waiting for times (even in quiet periods).. so again not an excuse... 6.. I now consider this matter closedShow quoted text
Lovely place for food. I had the lamb minted burger. Very tasty. Partner had the half parmo, it was a good job he didn't order the full size as the latest was huge. It was very busy and the staff were very nice and helpful.
