All singing and dancing on paper but unfortunately didn't follow through with a repair that was documented (as per their system, online following their instruction given at time of move in). This repair was still not fixed when I left the property. Appear to be he hugely biased towards the landlord, disregarding tenants. Requesting tenants pay for scaffolding while maintenance carried out can not be right.
