The beds have only been in use for approx 1 month so this should not be happening, how this happened? people are just simply sleeping on these beds nothing else.At present there are 3 defected beds so far and one chest of draws. Another bed and chest of draws is misplace the rail , so can not close properly However this is totally unacceptable. I have tried ringing your store several times and am just put on hold for a long period of time, then got cut off. They can clearly see by the images there are fundemental issues with the quality and they are not constructed to withstand use from customers sleeping on these beds.I hope it doesn't come to this and you will honour your obligation to provide good quality service and products to your customers.a picture of another bed that has come away from the headboard and doesn't appear to be supported properly at all.I had called and email and facebook since July till now . The problems are not resolve yet . SO FRUSTRATED.WE NEED THE SOLUTION , NOT PROBLEMS
If i could give no stars i would as i feel 1 is generous. Listen to the reviews on here before you buy. Delivery is shambolic and the 'customer service' is non existent. Delivery changed last minute which was no good when i had already booked a joiner, rude responses from the incompetent member of staff on live chat as the phone system is as good as their delivery. Would rather build my own door from wood i found in the streets than purchase anything from this 'company' again. AVOID
Probably the worst experience i have ever had. Website works well, took my money and stated delivery on Thursday 21st. Delivery was required at our 2nd house so drove over 100 miles to be there to receive it. It didnt arrive. Rang Leader to be told delivery date is just a guess and it could arrive any day in the next week. I said that wasnt good enough to be told "It would have to be". Cancelled my order, refund still not received. Do not use these people, they really dont care and are totally inept.
After purchasing a bed online I was informed that I would receive an update regarding the delivery which should be within 7 -10 days. 9 days later and I have to call to ask them for an update regarding my order which takes 2 days of chasing to get an answer, only to be informed that it is sold out and I should pick an alternative. Of course I demand a refund as I have spent nearly 2 weeks waiting for a bed, that they were fully aware was out of stock and did not have the curtesy to inform me. They did however hold onto my money. Still waiting for the refund and and currently sleeping on the floor as the bed was initially due to arrive today, cant purchase another bed until I get my money back. Leader Stores say they are sorry for the inconvenience, yet I do not believe they truly are.
Do Not Buy from these people. Don't be tricked by the seemingly cheap prices. Tried two orders with them. Both delivered to wrong address. Final one was damaged. Customer Service is run by a rude Sales Director David Turner who has a take it or leave it attitude and he can do no wrong. Had to resort to Paypal to resolve matter. Very, very poor service. You can buy much cheaper elsewhere and get good reliable service too.
