This gym is filled with the nicest people who all want to help each other, a real friendly atmosphere and Ive alwsys been made to feel part of the family. Love Ians knowledge and passion for what he does. Would highly recommend x
This gym is possibly the best gym ever. So friendly and welcoming. No one will laugh at you or judge you. Everyone is there for the same thing - results. And I must say Ian's personal coaching is absolutely spot on! People actually get results from this guy. 110% recommend to everyone!

This place changed my life for the better, fantastic gym, awesome people, like a proper little family everyone pushes each other to achive their goals perfect gym for everyone. 6 years later and still loving every second.
I have been coming to Ian's gym now for over 1 year and I must say he's one of a kind... people who are thinking of joining his bootcamp/gym its by far the best i have been to. Not only do we train hard we have some great laughs too :). Ian your 1 great guy.
