I just love the fact it's open 24hrs on weekdays. Its a Super Store conveniently located opposite Hartlepool Marina and Navy Museum. A petrol station Asda is also located just by the side. ATMs are available from Barclays Bank. A cafe is open during day time. Fish Monger is not available after 9pm. Vehicle's parking to other high street shops are nearby and walkable distance from Asda Super Store. Overall it's a beautiful set up.
Put money on a savings card which expired. They refused to honour the 30 and chose to bin a 70 shop instead that they wouldn't be able to put bsck in the fridges and freezers. Absolutely appalling when people are in and out of food banks
What a pleasure it was to have breakfast here today, apart from it all being delicious and only 13.00 for 2 x 12 item brekkies with 2 toast and 2 teas, the service was absolutely top notch. We were given an extra cuppa just for waiting for the sausages to cook. The ladies were so friendly and polite, wish wed got you in Derby, well done girls.
What a delight to be served by a lovely team of ladies who looked after us from beginning to end. Food was cooked to order and nothing was too much trouble. It was like their own cafe but within Asda. Shame it wasnt in our Asda but we live 100 miles away !
Well it is the same as every other ASDA but with one big plus. The people working there are very helpful and really friendly. It is easy to just plod on through your day when working in a supermarket but a smile and being nice improves the day of both the shopper and the employee. Well done to the staff here for embracing that idea.
