Con artist. Went in to get my screen replaced on a galaxy j5, he said "If you pay 90 you can have an original Samsung screen with a warranty." So I did.Picked my phone up when the "New Screen" had been fitted. The next day I woke up and the full screen had lines through it and big purple blotches.Took it back in the shop and he said "I know you have a warranty but I have to send it off to Samsung to see if it covers it, they will probably say it's your fault."After almost 2 weeks of waiting for it to come back and 3 visits to the shop I was told the warranty was void because it was pressure damage on my behalf. Pressure damage on my behalf after having it back for not even 24 hours and having it in my pocket once for literally 5 minutes.He did, however, suggest that because I only had it a day he would replace the screen again out of his own pocket. (I found this rather odd because if everything was legit in the first place I don't think he would have offered this to me.)He said there wouldnt be a warranty this time though but I took him up on his offer so I wasn't completely losing out on 90. After waiting another week I returned to the shop to collect my phone... two days later loads of little white blotches appeared all over the screen.I have spoken to several other phone repair shops since and they have all came to the same conclusion. He ripped me off in the first place and tried to cover himself by offering to "Replace the screen out of his own pocket"I would advise anyone in the area to stay well clear of this shop and the con artist running it. If you have any mobile phone problems try visiting Talk mobile on York Road or Charlie's.
