I bought a nokia hone from this store in hartlepool when I gr8 home I turned the phone on to see how big the letters were n the screen and the phone come I in all Spanish words not English so I took the phone back to see if I could get a refund and get a better phone lad behind the till said it should be ok for a refund but had to check with manager manager came over said can't give you refund because you have used phone I said I've never used phone I've just switched it on then turned it off he said no that's youseing phone and I'm not giving you a refund then he said I've hot other customers to serve and walked away he was very dissrespectfull and did not act like a manager in a professional Manour and his attitude was unprofessional so hear is a word of warning don't buy a phone from argos from hartlepool near the marina !!! Only gave them one star because lad behind till was polite the so called manager I would give home MINUS 5 !!

I ordered a saga mega drive as a birthday gift, when the package was delivered, the mega drive had clearly been a return, the box was damaged and the content removed from all packaging. Very disappointing! Come on Argos, you need to check items before despatch (and charging delivery for second hand goods)! Not impressed at all. I now find that the local store does not have any in stock and it is needed tomorrow.
Don't like them old tablets. Takes ages to find anything on it. Same useless as them old fashion books there. Would really appreciate some upgrade there. Apart of that great shop with great prices.
