Part of the Maritime museum complex but free to visit (Royal Navy bit costs adults 9). Interesting time zoned history of the town which engaged us adults and who saw children having fun. Coffee aboard the paddle steamer was ok - for food, I'd stick to filled jacket spuds and drink tea. Welcoming staff, unusual setting.
