When I arrived for take away there were 8 people in front of me in the queue. 4 more people joined after me.My order took 25mins to be filled and during that time every single other customer was served. At the end I was the only person waiting in the shop.My order was fish bites and chips twice. Not the most complicated order ever.How did they taste when we finally got them? Pretty bad. They left our mouths feeling very greasy.
Great. They really try hard. Good service, always with a smile. Great menu even if it's not fish n chips you want. Always visit if we are in Hartlepool.
